Leadership

Leadership research focuses at the individual, organizational and sectoral levels. Key domains include the Institute of Values-Based Leadership's cultural values assessment research, and the Centre for Health Leadership and Reseach's research on health leadership capacity and change management. Other research includes: public sector leadership capacity and stress transformation; succession planning; Generation Y leadership; Aboriginal leadership development; and leadership development in Africa.
