Industrial Postgraduate Scholarships Program
Industrial Postgraduate Scholarships (IPS) provide financial support for highly qualified science and engineering graduates. The support allows them to gain research experience in industry while undertaking advanced studies in Canada. These scholarships are aimed at encouraging scholars to consider research careers in industry where they will be able to contribute to strengthening Canadian innovation.

MITACS Accelerate
Mitacs-Accelerate is Canada’s premiere research internship program. It connects companies with over 50 research-based universities through graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, who apply their specialized expertise to business research challenges. Interns transfer their skills from theory to real-world application, while the companies gain a competitive advantage by accessing high-quality research expertise.

AUCC Students for Development Program at RRU
The Project’s overall goal is for RRU Interns to assist the Caritas Gulu Archdiocese in their goal to “…improve living conditions of the population of Gulu Archdiocese by: Assisting in the provision of basic human needs to the most vulnerable people in the Archdiocese, responding to emergencies and support rehabilitation efforts in the communities, promoting sustainable development process in the Archdiocese, and contributing toward establishing lasting peace in the communities and in the region.”

Canada Connect R&D Internships
Through a paid R&D internship, students enhance their graduate research and gain first-hand experience in the working world. Mackenzie King Scholarships
Highly competitive scholarships are available to graduates of Canadian universities who pursue graduate study in any discipline, in Canada or elsewhere, and to graduates of Canadian universities who pursue graduate study in the United States or the United Kingdom in the areas of international relations or industrial relations.

Trudeau Scholarships
Up to 15 Trudeau Scholarships (each valued up to $180,000) are awarded Canada-wide each year to support doctoral candidates pursuing research of compelling present-day concern, touching upon one or more of the four themes of the Foundation.
